In a market where buying your first home seems nearly impossible, Kyle managed to help us buy the perfect home. We put in one offer and we're pleasantly surprised to move in not long after. Kyle is relatable, knowledgeable, and kind.

Can't say enough good things about Kyle. He had all the knowledge to help us make informed decisions, had the expertise to make all the processes go smoothly and was just an outstanding person to work with. He answered all the questions we had quickly and explained what was happening throughout the whole process, we never felt like we didn't know what was happening or what we were waiting for. If for some reason he didn't know the answer to a question he would be direct and let you know that he would look into the matter and had a response for you quickly afterwards. Kyle was truly amazing with our house hunt! We started out journey with him last October, with a sit down meeting on how the whole process would work. He broke it down to where we understood every step, he answered any questions we had without any judgement! When we decided to take the big jump and start looking at houses, he got us in to all of them we wanted to look at. He made sure to go over all he details of each house with us and even pointed out things about the houses that we didn't see. He wanted to make sure that we were aware of everything in the houses we were looking at before we made the plug of putting an offer in and getting in over our heads. When it came down to us finding the perfect house for us, he was timely and fought for us to get the best deal we possibly could! He is not in this business to make money off of a sale, he is in it to make sure each of his clients get exactly what they're looking for! He doesn't rush you to make any decisions, he lets it roll on YOUR time! He was truly wonder and has become a great friend in the process!

Kyle is amazing at what he does!! My husband and I were itching to get into our own place and our FIRST home!
