Celebrate the vibrant colors and crisp air of autumn at the Fall Fun Festival at Gaver Farm! Running throughout September and October, this family-friendly event offers over 65 exciting attractions, making it the perfect destination for a day of fun, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

Explore the Corn Maze. It’s a 7-acre corn maze, perfect for all ages. This maze combines the thrill of exploration with the joy of discovery. Whether you’re working together as a family or racing against friends, our corn maze promises a day of fun and excitement.

Meet Our Friendly Barnyard Animals: Get up close and personal with our friendly barnyard animals, including goats, sheep, cow, alpacas, pigs, donkey, pony, bunnies, peacocks, turkeys, ducks and chickens. Kids (and adults!) love the opportunity to feed and interact with our goats, creating cherished memories and learning about farm life along the way.

Fall Fun Fest Admission is $20.50 per person on September weekends, $24.00 per person on October weekends, and $14.50 per person on weekdays. Kids under 24 months are free. Tickets are available online and in person at the farm.

The MET brings fairy tales in all their guts and glory to our blackbox stage for an intimate take on this contemporary classic. Into the Woods tells familiar stories from all your fairy tale favorites, only to remind its audience what happens after the story is told...and all the consequences that follow.

The Frederick Municipal Airport, and our airport users, invite the Frederick community out to the airport to experience the aircraft that fly here, the organizations that meet here, and the businesses that operate here.

For 62 years, northern Frederick County has shared the glorious autumn colors of its mountain with visitors. Fallfest includes apple butter boiling in a copper kettle over an open fire, blacksmithing, food, and crafts. Tour historic buildings including the Museum of the Ironworker.

Colorfest, established in 1963, is one of the largest outdoor craft shows on the East Coast! The Colorfest is not just an event, but an experience. Amazing crafts, art, jewelry, clothing, and a variety of delicious food are located throughout town. Demonstrations by various crafters will be taking place throughout the two days.

Admission is free to Colorfest, but a fee is charged at the parking locations throughout the town.

Get off the screen and into the scream at Tree Trekkers for Trek or Treat! It’s trick or treat in the trees!

This Halloween, the forest transforms into a treetop adventure full of tricks, treats, and thrills. Climb, zip, and creep your way through the trails as candy stations await in the canopy. Bigfoot’s lurking in the woods… but don’t worry, he’s just here for the candy!

Landing zones are sponsored by our favorite local businesses with treats that will delight not fright!

Costumes encouraged! (Make sure we can still harness you though!)

A spooktacular adventure for all ages 4+ (4 -7 year olds will need to climb with an adult)

• Climbers will begin their adventure in ground school, advancing to the bunny slope trails where they will need to show competency with their equipment and a firm understanding of the course rules before advancing to the main platform.
• Gloves are highly recommended, but not required. Guests can bring their own full-finger climbing gloves or purchase gloves if they choose.
• This is a self guided adventure recommended for ages 8+
• (4-7 year olds require an adult climber to climb with them and will be required to start on our purple trails)
• Participants will need to be 4ft or taller to go on our Red Zipline Trails
• Weight Limit: 30-250lbs
• Everyone on the property will need to sign a waiver. (This includes climbers and spectators)

Strut your mutt at our annual celebration of dogs in kooky get-ups. 

This Halloween costume contest and parade around Carroll Creek is sure to delight kids of all ages. Exhibitors, demos, and prizes, too! All proceeds benefit Leader Dogs for the Blind and other Lions Clubs charities.

Join the Brunswick community on Sunday, November 8, 2026, for our annual Veterans Day Parade, a meaningful tradition honoring those who have served our nation.

This year’s event will also recognize America’s 250th Anniversary, adding special significance to the day. The celebration will begin with an Opening Ceremony at 1:00 PM, followed by the Veterans Day Parade stepping off at 2:00 PM.

Community members are invited to line the parade route and take part in this tribute of gratitude, remembrance, and patriotism.
